Structural beam welding

BeamPro — Structural beam welding

Stiffeners and connectors in one operation

BeamPro was developed exclusively for the welding of structural profiles: H and W beams, HSS columns, channels, and fabricated beams. Stiffeners and connectors are welded in a single operation for agile, standardized production.

Modular configurations

BeamPro is available as Single Station + 1 Robot, Double Station + 1 Robot, or Double Station + 2 Robots — sized to the length and throughput of the members you run.

Perfect ARC® on every station

The same AI welding stack as FramePro: Panasonic TAWERS G4, Touch Sensor, ARC Sensor, and Perfect ARC®. No programming. Two hours of training. Internet only.

How the system sees the weld

Panasonic welding robot

A global leader in welding robotics, manufactured entirely in Japan. The TAWERS G4 series offers the only integrated communication system on the market, with communication speeds 250 times faster than conventional systems. The patented collision-avoidance system prevents TCP loss.

Touch Sensor

New technology for automatic position detection that requires no camera, no laser scanner, and no programming.

ARC Sensor

While welding, it detects the width of the groove and centers the torch to compensate for misalignment.

Perfect ARC® — AI-powered welding software

Integrated system with AI-powered welding software. No camera or weld scanner required. No devices required. Automated welding without programming the robot.
