What FramePro is built to weld
FramePro is designed exclusively for welding structural profiles: H- and W-beams, HSS columns, channels, and fabricated beams. Connectors and reinforcements are welded in a single operation for streamlined, standardized production of trailers, chassis, and dump bodies.
Modular design
FramePro can be adapted to different configurations — including dump-body gantry cells, a robot on a linear track, and a 3-axis gantry — so the cell matches the structure you actually build.
No camera. No scanner. No programming.
Perfect ARC® identifies the weld from the part geometry. Touch Sensor finds position without a camera or laser scanner. ARC Sensor tracks the groove while welding. Operators need two hours of training and an internet connection — no extra devices.
How the system sees the weld

Panasonic welding robot
A global leader in welding robotics, manufactured entirely in Japan. The TAWERS G4 series offers the only integrated communication system on the market, with communication speeds 250 times faster than conventional systems. The patented collision-avoidance system prevents TCP loss.

Touch Sensor
New technology for automatic position detection that requires no camera, no laser scanner, and no programming.

ARC Sensor
While welding, it detects the width of the groove and centers the torch to compensate for misalignment.

Perfect ARC® — AI-powered welding software
Integrated system with AI-powered welding software. No camera or weld scanner required. No devices required. Automated welding without programming the robot.
